Gold Coast European High Rise

This project, for a repeat client in Chicago, IL, is located in the iconic (former) Merchandise Mart built in 1924. The space hadn't been updated since the 80's, and we were excited to embark on a complete gut renovation that would give the home a much-needed modern update.   The luxurious and tonal color palette we curated reflected the client's refined taste and style, while also creating a sense of harmony and tranquility throughout the space. The kitchen was a focal point of the project, featuring custom millwork, Calacatta Viola marble counters and backsplash, and unlacquered brass lighting and hardware that added a touch of elegance and sophistication to the space.   To furnish the space, we designed and sourced custom furniture that was both stylish and comfortable, adding to the overall sense of luxury and sophistication. Working with a repeat client allowed us to build on the success of our previous project and create a home that truly reflected the client's unique style. The project was completed during the summer of 2022, and we were thrilled with the final result.
