Welcome to Southport Classic, a beautifully renovated walk-up townhome in Chicago’s Southport Corridor. This full gut renovation by our team at CTI transformed the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces, blending modern functionality with classic charm. We preserved architectural details like exposed brick and custom millwork while creating a warm, contemporary aesthetic. A highlight of the project is our take on a Moroccan tea room on the top floor, offering a unique and cozy retreat. The client’s artwork is also prominently featured throughout, adding a personal and artistic touch. Designed for a young, growing family, Southport Classic is a timeless, functional space that will evolve with their needs for years to come.
