Wilmette Historic Renovation

Welcome to our Wilmette Historic project, a designated historical home in Wilmette, IL, built in 1906. This charming residence is owned by a young and growing family, with the husband being a pediatric MD and a talented artist whose artwork adorns the home. Our team at CTI meticulously renovated the entire home, focusing on the kitchen, bathrooms, and attic. These areas underwent full gut renovations to blend modern functionality with historical charm. The original, hand-carved wood details were preserved to maintain the home's authentic character. We embraced a warm color palette to create a cohesive and inviting atmosphere throughout the house. Our goal was to honor the home's history while providing a comfortable, timeless space for the family to enjoy for decades. The art throughout the home, created by the husband, adds a personal and unique touch to each room. This project is a beautiful blend of historical preservation and modern living, designed to grow with this special family and we couldn't love it more.
